* In short: you are purchasing the rights (one time rights) to use the image/picture for the specific use stated when calculating the price. If the image is intended for other use, you must calculate the price for the additional use as well or email for a quote with relevant licenses.

ABOUT IMAGE LICENSING

All images for purchase from Vassalloimages.com stock galleries are licensed. Image licenses are very important, and serve to protect the rights of all parties: the seller or distributor of the images, those who purchase and use images; those who own, create, or produce images; and even those whose likenesses are included in the images.

* You are required to pay for all images that you obtain,regardless of whether you use them.

Except as specified by Vassalloimages invoice, images obtained are licensed on a non transferable,one time, non exclusive basis, and are strictly limited to the use, medium ,time and size if image, and any other restrictions contained in the Vassalloimages online site, and are licensed for use within three months from the date of the invoice.

STORAGE OF IMAGES

Once specific use of image is undergone you agree not to store or maintain any archive of any image in any format or medium unless vassalloimages permits re-use.

TERMS OF DELIVERY

The image/s will be sent within 24hrs of purchase.

Incase of problems with internet vassalloimages will find alternative ways to deliver image/s.

Restrictions:

* No alterations: special ethical considerations apply to editorial,views and fine art images. When using such images, you may not make or permit any modifications to or alterations to the images ( except for standard colour correction or minor cropping for space limitation.

* No transferring the rights to the Images, All rights are reserved by Vassallo Images and it's photographers.

* No reverse engineer, decompiling, or disassembling the Images.

* No copying or reproducing the images.

* No using the images in photographic books or screen saver programs.

* No displaying the Images for any digital use (online, or presentation software such as powerpoint) at a resolution greater than 1000 pixels.

* No using the Images, or any part of it/them as part of a trademark. Branding, logo or similar use.

* No sharing the images (Re-sell, distribute, loan, or sub-license) the Images to anyone for any purpose.

* No using the Images in any way that could be considered defamatory, libelous, pornographic, obscene, or fraudulent.

Restrictions on number of Users:

THIS IS A ONE PERSON/FIRM AGREEMENT. You, the orginal purchaser and any directly employed person(s) are permitted to use the Images on your projects.

By obtaining any image/s from Vassalloimages.com directly or via the online site, you agree to be bound by this aggreement.
